Notices and important events

During Term 1 and 4 the children are required to wear hats in the playground and outside.  Our school rule is ‘no hat no play’.  Hats can be purchased from Jenny in the office for $6.  It is a good idea to decorate hats so they can be easily identified.

Term 2- As hats are no longer compulsory, they can either be stored at school or taken home until Term 4.

Cross country – Is to be held on 30th May on the field and farm behind the school.  All children are expected to participate and will need a signed note if they are unable to race.  Please send your child along with comfortable clothes for running, and a drink bottle in their bag as we will be training everyday.  The field can get quite muddy so it may pay to keep a change of clothes in their bag, especially after heavy rain.  Check the newsletters for more information about race times closer to the time.
